First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked at medical records of 818 adults with advanced colorectal cancer that had spread to other parts of the body. Researchers wanted to see what happens when patients take two approved drugs—regorafenib and TAS-102 (sometimes with bevacizumab)—in different orders. No new treatments were given; the team simply analyzed existing data from routine care to learn more about patient characteristics and outcomes.
