NCT ID NCT05970588
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at whether using a standing desk converter for 4 weeks can help people sit less and stand more, and whether that improves thinking and blood pressure. 50 healthy adults who sit at a desk at least 20 hours a week took part. Half used the converter, half kept their usual routine. Researchers measured activity, cognition, and blood pressure before and after.
