New spinal plate aims to ease chronic back pain and restore movement

Summary
This study is testing a metal plate (Minuteman G5) that is already approved for use, to see how well it helps people with long-term low back pain caused by spine conditions like spinal stenosis. About 150 adults will get the plate and bone graft, then be followed for a year to measure pain, disability, and movement. The goal is to confirm the device works safely in real-world use.
