Herbal oil may soothe black eyes after nose jobs

Summary
This study tests whether applying St. John's Wort oil around the eyes after nose surgery (rhinoplasty) can reduce swelling and bruising. About 110 adults will be randomly assigned to get the oil or standard care alone. Researchers will measure bruising and swelling on days 0, 1, 3, and 7 after surgery.
