Herbal oil may ease black eyes after nose jobs

Summary
This study looks at whether applying St. John's Wort oil to the skin around the eyes can lessen swelling and bruising after rhinoplasty (nose job). About 110 adults having nose surgery will be split into two groups: one gets the oil plus standard care, the other gets standard care alone. Researchers will check their eyes right after surgery and again at 1, 3, and 7 days to see if the oil helps them heal faster.
