Summary
This study tests whether a short bout of cycling exercise right before immunotherapy (nivolumab and ipilimumab) can boost the immune system and improve treatment outcomes in people with advanced melanoma. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and safe for patients, many of whom have side effects from their disease or treatment. The goal is to increase cancer-fighting immune cells and potentially improve survival and quality of life.
