Summary
This study tests a new drug called SPR1020 in 210 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug aims to shrink tumors by targeting a specific DNA repair pathway, and may also work in the brain. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects and early signs of tumor shrinkage.
