First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tested a 6-month exercise program that combines acupunch (a gentle punching routine) with SPOZ technology for older adults with dementia. The goal was to see if it could improve thinking, memory, and behavior. 142 people aged 65 and older from adult daycare centers took part. The program aimed to ease symptoms, not cure the disease.
