Summary

This study explored whether having a partner join breastfeeding education before and/or after birth helps mothers feel more confident and improves how parents work together. Over 500 couples took part, with partners involved at different stages. The goal was to see which timing of partner support works best for both breastfeeding success and shared parenting.
