Summary
This study tests whether a new online survey, called Spotlight AQ, helps teens and young adults (ages 16-25) with type 1 diabetes better manage their blood sugar levels. Participants will use the survey before two clinic visits and share their feedback. The goal is to see if the tool lowers A1c and is liked by patients and doctors.
