Summary
This study looks at how well people walk and how their back muscles work after surgery for a broken spine. It compares two surgical methods: traditional open surgery and a less invasive technique. The goal is to see if one approach leads to better walking recovery. About 20 adults with a broken back who need surgery will take part.
