First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether a new way of giving spinal anesthesia (sequential dosing) can reduce the risk of dangerously low blood pressure during planned C-sections compared to the standard method. About 94 women having elective C-sections will be randomly assigned to one of the two techniques. The goal is to find a safer approach that keeps mothers stable during delivery.
