Spinal stimulation trial aims to help paralyzed patients walk again

Summary
This study is testing whether combining spinal cord stimulation with intensive walking training can help restore movement in people with spinal cord injuries not caused by trauma. Ten participants with partial or complete paralysis in their legs will receive implanted spinal stimulators followed by daily walking practice. The main goal is to see if this combination helps people stand and walk independently again.
