This study tested a single, high-dose radiation treatment (stereotactic body radiotherapy) for people with cancer that has spread to the spine. The goal was to see if it safely relieves pain and controls tumor growth. 71 adults with up to two spine tumors received one session of this precise radiation, and researchers tracked pain, symptoms, and quality of life over time.
