Video game therapy may help kids with cerebral palsy move better

Summary
This study looks at whether adding video-game exercises (exergaming) to standard physical therapy can improve spine movement in children with cerebral palsy, ages 10 to 15. Forty-two children will be split into two groups: one does exergaming while sitting, the other while standing. Researchers will measure changes in neck, back, and spine motion, as well as balance and body composition, over 3 months of twice-weekly sessions.
