New spinal device aims to get people moving again

NCT ID NCT06355791

Summary

This study is testing how well an already-approved spinal fusion plate works for people with chronic low back and leg pain caused by spine degeneration. Researchers will enroll 150 adults to have the device implanted and then track their pain levels, movement ability, and quality of life for up to 5 years. The main goal is to see if the device helps improve walking, balance, and daily function while reducing pain.
