Summary
This small study tested whether spinal cord stimulation could improve walking in people with Parkinson's disease whose symptoms are not well controlled by medication. Five participants received a spinal cord stimulator, and researchers measured changes in walking ability and freezing episodes two months later. The goal was to see if this technique, already used for pain, could offer a new way to ease movement problems.
