Summary
This study is testing whether adding a non-invasive electrical stimulation to the spine during walking therapy helps people recover leg movement better after a recent spinal cord injury. Researchers will compare intensive walking therapy alone to the same therapy combined with the stimulation. They want to see if the combined approach is safe, practical, and leads to greater improvements in muscle strength and walking ability.
