Summary
This study aims to measure how two common types of back braces affect spinal movement and posture. Researchers will test 30 healthy young adults while they perform everyday movements like standing and squatting, both with and without the braces. The goal is to provide clearer information to help doctors and therapists choose the most appropriate brace for their patients.
