Spinal shot showdown: which drug keeps surgery pain away longer?

NCT ID NCT07294352

Summary

This study compares two different pain-relief drugs (nalbuphine and tramadol) when added to spinal anesthesia for lower-limb surgeries like fixing broken bones. Researchers want to see which drug provides better and longer-lasting pain control during and after the operation, with fewer side effects. The study involves 40 patients to measure how long the pain relief lasts and how well each drug works.
