Summary
This study tests whether adding dexmedetomidine or epinephrine to spinal anesthesia improves pain relief during and after a planned C-section. Researchers will measure how long the numbness lasts and how quickly women can move their legs again. The goal is to find the better option for safer, more comfortable recovery.
