Summary
This study tested a new COVID-19 booster vaccine called SpiN-Tec in 432 healthy adults aged 18 to 85 who had already received their primary COVID-19 vaccines and at least one booster. The goal was to see if SpiN-Tec is safe and triggers a strong immune response compared to an approved vaccine. The trial was completed and included two phases to find the best dose and confirm the vaccine's effectiveness.
