This study tested a drug called spesolimab in 5 adults with moderate to severe pyoderma gangrenosum, a rare autoimmune disease that causes painful skin ulcers. The goal was to see if the drug could help ulcers heal by targeting a specific part of the immune system. The study was ended early, so results are limited.
