First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study aims to understand which parts of the brain help us learn and remember new ways of speaking. Researchers will use brain scans (fMRI) and magnetic pulses (TMS) to observe brain activity in 50 healthy adults as they adapt to hearing their own voice altered in real-time. The goal is to identify key brain areas involved in speech motor learning and memory.
