First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study explores how the brain learns and remembers speech movements. Researchers will have 330 healthy adults say words while hearing their own voice slightly altered through headphones. The goal is to understand which brain areas help us adapt and retain new speech patterns, which could improve therapies for speech disorders.
