Summary
This study looks at whether a special type of CT scan (spectral CT) combined with a genetic test (MSI) can better predict if stomach cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes. Researchers will compare the scan results with the actual lymph node status found during surgery. The goal is to improve diagnosis and help doctors choose the most personalized treatment for each patient.
