Summary
This study is testing whether two types of specially formulated ice cream can help people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes. Over three days, 100 participants will eat portions of these ice creams, which contain alternative sweeteners and fibers, alongside a standard breakfast. Researchers will measure how these ice creams affect daily blood sugar levels and digestive comfort compared to regular ice cream.
