Summary
This study tracks 120 tracheostomy patients in a rehabilitation hospital to see how speaking valves affect their breathing and heart health. Participants wear monitoring devices before, during, and after using the valve for 30 minutes. The goal is to measure changes in oxygen levels, heart rate patterns, and breathing rhythms to better understand the valve's clinical benefits.
