First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called sparsentan in 20 adults who have protein in their urine after a kidney transplant due to IgA nephropathy or FSGS. Participants take one pill daily for 36 weeks to see if it safely lowers protein levels and protects kidney function. The goal is to control the disease and prevent further damage, not to cure it.
