NCT ID NCT07289568

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at two different surgeries for a rare colon cancer located at the splenic flexure. About 140 patients will be split into two groups: one getting a smaller surgery (removing only the tumor section) and the other a larger surgery (removing more colon and lymph nodes). The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer complications and better long-term survival, helping doctors choose the safest option.
