First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at two different surgeries for a rare type of colon cancer located at the splenic flexure. About 140 patients will be enrolled to compare a smaller surgery (removing only the tumor section) with a larger one (removing more colon and lymph nodes). The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer complications and better long-term survival.
