This study tests a small wearable device called Sparrow Link that sends gentle electrical pulses to nerves in the outer ear. The goal is to see if it helps reduce opioid withdrawal symptoms in hospitalized adults with opioid use disorder. About 50 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the active device or a sham (inactive) version, and all will continue standard care. Researchers will measure how long people use the device, whether they stop early, and changes in withdrawal severity.
