First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a 30-minute smartphone app designed to improve sleep and reduce mental health stigma in college students who may be at risk for psychosis. About 115 students with poor sleep and early warning signs will be split into two groups: one gets the app right away, the other waits three weeks. Researchers will check if the app is easy to use and if it helps with sleep, mood, and stigma after two weeks.
