Summary
This study looked back at the medical records of 19 Spanish patients with rare cancers caused by NTRK gene fusions. All patients had received the targeted drug larotrectinib through a compassionate use program before it was widely available. The goal was to learn how well the drug worked in real-world settings and to gather information that could help doctors choose the best treatments for these rare tumors.
