Summary

This study looks at whether playing soft sounds during deep sleep can improve thinking, emotional control, and mood in young adults (ages 18-25) who have anxiety, depression, and sleep problems. Participants will spend two nights in a sleep lab, sometimes hearing tones and sometimes not, and then use a headband at home for two weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can ease symptoms and boost brain function.
