Summary
This study tested whether adding sophrology—a relaxation and mindfulness technique—to standard speech therapy could help adults with serious brain tumors. The goal was to see if this combination could reduce anxiety and improve quality of life for patients who have trouble communicating due to their illness. The trial was small and has been stopped.
