Summary
This study looks at whether playing special motion-sensing video games can help older adults keep their thinking skills and physical abilities from declining. About 80 people aged 65 and older will be split into two groups: one will play these games for 12 weeks, and the other will get usual care. Researchers will use tests of memory, attention, and physical function to see if the games make a difference.
