War stress relief app tested in ukraine

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app called SOLOMIYA is helpful and easy to use for people living under the stress of war in Ukraine. About 80 adults with mild to moderate depression or sleep problems will use the app for a few weeks. The app provides relaxation exercises, mindfulness activities, and tips to improve mood and sleep. The goal is to see if the app reduces symptoms and is acceptable to users.
