Summary
This study tests two methods to thicken gum tissue around dental implants in the lower back jaw. One uses a small piece of the patient's own gum, and the other uses a man-made collagen material. The goal is to see if the collagen works as well as the natural graft, which could make the procedure simpler and less painful for patients.
