Summary

This study tests two methods to preserve the jawbone after removing impacted wisdom teeth. Forty adults aged 25 to 35 will receive either a graft made from their own extracted tooth or a graft from a donor tooth. The goal is to see which better maintains bone height and width for future dental implants.
