Summary
This study tested whether a special Facebook program could help young women who tan a lot (indoors or outdoors) cut back. Over 400 high-risk tanners joined, and the program used social media to promote healthy habits and positive body image. The goal was to reduce tanning sessions, which are a major risk factor for skin cancer.
