NCT ID NCT07381868
Summary
This pilot study aims to test a new support program to help women reduce their alcohol use. The program combines brief counseling, daily check-ins via a smartphone app, and a private social media support group. Researchers will recruit 60 women in Hong Kong who report risky drinking to see if this approach is practical and shows early signs of helping them drink less, while also measuring stress and mood.
