Can two weeks of mindfulness or exercise break your social media habit?
NCT ID NCT07097545
Summary
This study is testing two simple, two-week programs to see if they can help college students who use social media a lot feel better. 300 students will either try daily mindfulness meditation, reduce social media time and replace it with exercise, or be in a group with no special program. Researchers will check if these activities reduce social media use and improve feelings of anxiety, depression, and overall wellbeing.
