Summary
This study looked at social media addiction in 260 school students aged 11-16 in Karachi, Pakistan. Researchers measured how addicted students were and tested short videos designed to help them reduce their social media use. The goal was to see if these videos could lower addiction scores and increase readiness to change after three months.
