Summary
This study looked at whether adding thinking tasks to basic soccer dribbling practice can improve both mental performance and motor skills in teenagers. 43 healthy male adolescents (ages 16-18) who were new to soccer took part. One group did regular cone drills, while the other did drills that also challenged their thinking. The results help us understand how to design better physical education and youth sports programs.
