Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called SNP-610 in 80 adults with NASH, a fatty liver disease not caused by alcohol. Participants will receive either SNP-610 or a placebo daily for 3 months. The main goal is to see if the drug lowers liver enzyme levels and reduces liver fat.
