NCT ID NCT07374887
First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at whether two non-drug activities—Snoezelen (a calming, multi-sensory experience) and reminiscence therapy (talking about past memories)—can help seniors feel less anxious and more positive. Researchers compared 55 older adults in Slovak care facilities who took part in these activities with a group that did not. The goal was to see if these approaches improve emotional well-being both right away and over time.
