New hope for tough lung cancer: SNB-101 trial opens

Summary
This study tests a new drug called SNB-101 in people with extensive stage small cell lung cancer that has spread or come back after standard treatment. The first part finds the safest dose and checks for side effects; the second part looks at how well the drug works. About 55 adults will receive the drug by IV on days 1 and 15 of each 28-day cycle.
