Student midwife support circles aim to beat burnout

Summary

This study tests whether a structured support group, called the Student Midwife Support Circle, can reduce burnout and improve resilience and professional belonging among midwifery students. About 80 students will take part. The goal is to see if talking through challenges together helps students feel stronger and more connected to their profession.
