Summary
This study follows 70 people receiving a stem cell transplant for leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. Researchers will test their sense of smell, taste, mouth pain, and saliva production before and after the transplant. The goal is to understand how the treatment changes these functions and brain connections, not to test a new drug or therapy.
